Results from study published in CMAJ<\/a><\/strong>
May 6, 2019 – Results from the 2015 pragmatic randomized controlled trial (RCT) evaluating the impact of Health TAPESTRY found that older adults who participated in the program had fewer hospitalizations, spent more time walking, and saw their primary health care team more. These results are very promising and signal that Health TAPESTRY can shift the focus of health care from treatment to prevention.
