The Health TAPESTRY approach may involve a diverse health care team, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Family physicians,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nurses,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Occupational therapists,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physiotherapists,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dietitians,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social workers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pharmacists and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oher health care professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When an interprofessional health care team is part of Health TAPESTRY, it gives the team members an opportunity to reflect on their roles in caring for clients in a new way.
